My name is Rumena, and I have 18 years of experience in childcare. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and am passionate about helping children reach their full potential. I am currently working towards my Degree in Early Childhood Studies. I enjoy engaging with children through play, learning activities, and positive interactions that support their development, confidence, and wellbeing. Seeing children learn, grow, achieve new milestones, and share their smiley faces every day is the most rewarding part of my role. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
