About Me:
Hi, I’m Hiral, the Deputy Manager here at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery, Aylesbury.
I have a had a fondness for teaching from as a long as I can remember, teaching and shaping futures has always been a passion of mine. With a degree in Early Childhood Studies and over 9 years of experience in daycares to nurseries to schools; I have progressed not only as a teacher but also into multiple managerial roles.
You can never have a dull day when working with children, just one of the reasons why I love my job. I can take pride in seeing a child’s progression day to day; be it something small or big that we’ve worked on together.
As deputy, one of my tasks outside the classrooms is to support and develop the skills of our practitioners; ensuring that our setting is providing the best opportunities for our little minds to grow.
