Monkey Puzzle so far for me been amazing for me. Perhaps, one of the best nurseries I’ve worked so far as an early year’s practitioner.

One aspect, I really like about Monkey Puzzle is there’s a good team with a good support network from each member of staff. Everyone is very lovely and friendly. Everyone empathises each other’s needs and abilities. Additionally, we also have an amazing manager who also manages our nursey well and ensures everyone is doing well and giving good feedback on our progress.

Monkey Puzzle also has a range of activities that we do for the children for example, messy play with play dough or painting with different types of materials. They are also always growing their continuous professional development for staff and children and ensuring we have access to all kinds of support when needed. I’ve only been here for 6 weeks, and I can proudly say how much I love being here. Learning new things every day and shaping a child life has really developed my own professional skills and development.
