Monkey Puzzle Aylesbury Fundraising Week

At Monkey Puzzle Aylesbury, we believe in the power of community, kindness, and coming together to support one another when it matters most.

This April, our nursery family will be fundraising for an incredibly important cause – LOROS Hospice – a charity that provides compassionate care and support to individuals with terminal illnesses and their loved ones.

Why This Cause Matters to Us

This fundraiser is especially close to our hearts.

One of our team members’ wonderful mum, Hayley, has recently been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer at just 40 years old. Throughout everything she has faced, she has remained strong, caring, and full of warmth and humour – a truly inspiring person to everyone around her.

During this incredibly difficult time, LOROS Hospice has provided invaluable support, not only to Hayley but to her whole family. Their specialist care ensures dignity, comfort, and kindness at every stage, while also offering emotional and practical support to loved ones.

As a nursery, we want to come together to give back and support the amazing work LOROS does for families like ours.

Our Fundraising Week

We will be hosting a dedicated fundraising week starting:

Week Commencing 13th April

Throughout the week, we’ll be organising activities within the nursery to help raise money and awareness, bringing our children, families, and team together for a meaningful cause.

Join Our Sponsored Walk

The week will end with a special community event:

📅 Saturday 18th April
📌 Starting & ending at Monkey Puzzle Aylesbury

This is a family-friendly event and everyone is welcome to join us – whether you’re part of our nursery or the wider community.

At the end of the walk, we’ll also be hosting a raffle draw, with all proceeds going to LOROS.

How You Can Support

There are several ways you can get involved and make a difference:

Registration Offer
